"Everything changes, even stone."- Claude Monet

Morphosisis the way in which an organism changes form during development. It is a continuous cycle without a beginning or an end. At Schloss Hollenegg time is counted in generations, not in years. Objects of the past are omnipresent, but what is really changing is the outside world that the inside is reflecting onto. The moon, the sun, the sky, the earth, the sea, the mountain. These are all elements that are in a state of constant alteration, without us actively noticing it. By isolating everyday motifs everyday silver objects are given a poetic dimension and their reflection points our mind towards continuous change.

The Winter Dining Room contains a potential already in its title. The seasonal cycle throughout the year is objectified by playing with distortion. We can actively see the natural rhythm of change, appearing simultaneously weightless and earthbound, and gracefully awkward.
